Please review all my Terms of Use prior to purchasing as I do not offer refunds on digital downloads. You must NEVER share anything you download or purchase from this website.

All products are © 2006-Present by Digi Web Studio (and some designer resources are licensed for use in the creation of my designs). Downloading or purchasing my designs grants you the license to use my designs as specified below for one person / small business (as defined below).

A link to my site www.digiwebstudio.com is NOT required, but I do appreciate all shares, links and good word of mouth. :)

TERMS OF USE FOR DIGITAL PNG DESIGNS:
❤Purchase includes a print license for transfers. 

  1. You cannot use any part of my finished digital designs to create a new digital download product, including SVG files.
  2. Do not modify or share my designs with anyone.
  3. You MUST watermark your mocks or preview images when showing designs with our designs online as to help prevent theft.
  4. I do not allow for print on demand websites with any of my designs such as Zazzle, Amazon Merch, Printful etc.

TERMS OF USE FOR CLIP ART:

Design Elements are intended for personal or small business use to create and sell PHYSICAL products, including any type of transfers (You can use our clip art "as is" on transfers and physical products.) We also allow for LIMITED DIGITAL USE for finished designs with our Design Elements (see below).

  1. You CANNOT ever offer or resell our clip art design elements "as is" or as clip art or SVG. You CAN create seamless patterns.
  2. You CAN use our clip art design elements in your finished digital designs you sell as long as you add other text or elements so that our design elements are not more than 50% of your overall design. Make sure your text or elements cover a portion of our elements or merge our elements onto text or elements so others can't access it.
  3. You MUST watermark your mocks or preview images when showing designs with our clip art design elements online as to help prevent theft.
  4. You CAN freely change the colors to suit your own design needs. Colors may vary depending on your monitor / device color settings.
  5. You may NOT include our clip art design elements in any designs used for POD (Print on Demand) websites.

TERMS OF USE FOR ALPHAS / OTF:

Design Elements are intended for personal or small business use to create and sell PHYSICAL products, including any type of transfers (You can type words for use on transfers and physical products.) We also allow for LIMITED DIGITAL USE for finished designs with our Alphas OTF Design Elements (see below).

  1. You CANNOT ever offer or resell our OTF Alphas as Alpha sets. The words you type must be part of a finished digital design and should include other elements and text to make your design unique.
  2. You MUST watermark your mocks or preview images when showing designs with our elements online as to help prevent theft.
  3. You CAN freely change the colors to suit your own design needs. Colors may vary depending on your monitor / device color settings.
  4. You may NOT include our design elements in any designs used for POD (Print on Demand) websites.

TERMS OF USE FOR DIGITAL SEAMLESS PATTERNS:
❤You don't need an additional license to fabric. 

  1. You CAN sell fabric and prints with our seamless patterns.
  2. You CAN use our seamless patterns as fills for digital alphas, clip art and finished digital PNG designs. The final product needs to be flattened so no one can access our pattern.
  3. You CANNOT create any type of paper, pattern or splash to sell with our seamless patterns.
  4. You MUST watermark your mocks or preview images when showing designs with our seamless patterns online as to help prevent theft.
  5. You may NOT include our seamless patterns in any designs used for POD (Print on Demand) websites.
