Please review all my Terms of Use prior to purchasing as I do not offer refunds on digital downloads. You must NEVER share anything you download or purchase from this website.

All products are © 2006-Present by Digi Web Studio (and some designer resources are licensed for use in the creation of my designs). Downloading or purchasing my designs grants you the license to use my designs as specified below for one person / small business (as defined below).

A link to my site www.digiwebstudio.com is NOT required, but I do appreciate all pins, shares, links and good word of mouth. :)

TERMS OF USE FOR DIGITAL PNG SUBLIMATION DESIGNS / FINISHED DESIGNS:

All Digital Sublimation PNG Designs are intended for personal or small business use (1 – 3 employees) to create and sell PHYSICAL products (shirts, coffee cups, framed prints, pillows, cards, ornaments etc.) - INCLUDING any types of transfers. License to sell products is included with each purchase.

1. You cannot use any part of my digital sublimation designs to create a new digital download product, including SVG files.
2. Do not modify or share my designs with anyone.
3. You MUST watermark your preview images / mockups when showing my designs online as to help prevent theft of my designs. This includes any type of "build your own gang sheet" software. The designs shown must ALWAYS be watermarked. The watermark should be placed ON TOP of the design.
4. I do not allow for print on demand websites / third party printers with any of my designs such as Zazzle, Amazon Merch, Printful etc.

TERMS OF USE FOR TUMBLER DIGITAL PNG DESIGNS:

All Tumber Digital PNG Designs are intended for personal or small business use (1 – 3 employees) to create and sell PHYSICAL tumblers. License to sell products is included with each purchase. Please note the size in each product description to make sure my design will fit your tumbler.

1. You cannot use any part of my digital tumbler designs to create a new digital download product, including SVG files.
2. Do not modify or share my designs with anyone.
3. You MUST watermark your preview images / mockups when showing my designs online as to help prevent theft of my designs. The watermark should be placed ON TOP of the design.
4. I do not allow for print on demand websites / third party printers with any of my designs such as Zazzle, Amazon Merch, Printful etc.

TERMS OF USE FOR DESIGN ELEMENTS:

My Design Elements are intended for personal or small business use (1 – 3 employees) to create and sell PHYSICAL products (shirts, coffee cups, framed prints, pillows, cards, ornaments etc.) - INCLUDING any type of transfers. I also allow for LIMITED DIGITAL USE with my Design Elements (see below). License to sell products is included with each purchase.

1. You CANNOT ever offer or resell my design elements "as is", as SVG or as Design Elements (you CANNOT create or sell clip art, papers, alphas, splashes, frames or any other design elements as these are not finished designs). My Design Elements are meant for finished designs ONLY (see number 2). 
2. You CAN use my Design Elements in your finished digital designs you sell as long as you add other text or elements so that my Design Elements are not more than 50% of your design after adding other text or clip art. Make sure your text or elements cover a portion of my elements or merge my elements onto text or elements so others can't access it.
3. You MUST watermark your preview images / mockups when showing my designs online as to help prevent theft of my designs. The watermark should be placed ON TOP of the design.
4. You CAN freely change the colors to suit your own design needs.
5. You may NOT use any of these designs on POD (Print on Demand) / third party printing websites.
