Download Expiration: All downloads expire in 30 days. Make sure you back up your purchases to a CD/DVD - not an external hard drive (as those will also crash). While we can reset your downloads for you (less than 1 year old orders ONLY), please keep in mind that all discontinued products are deleted from our server so you won't be able to redownload those. I also recommend and currently use Carbonite as this service is affordable and will back up your computer automatically so you never have to worry about losing anything.
Special Announcement! I
just installed a module that will tell you if you've already purchased
my products so no more worrying about buying a file you've already
purchased! :) You will need to be logged into your account in order for this to work. When you get to a product that you've already purchased, you'll see this message right above the add this to my cart button on each product page: Check your files as my records indicate you have already purchased this product.
(1) Q: Do you accept credit cards?
A: Yes, I accept all major credit cards. You'll need to go through the
checkout process, and when you click on "Confirm Order", you'll be
directed to the last payment screen. On the RIGHT hand side is where
you can log into your PayPal account. Right under the login section, you'll see a link that states: "Don't have a PayPal
Account?" Click on that link and you'll be taken to a screen where you can enter your secure credit card information. PayPal processes credit cards on their secure website, so if your card is declined for any reason, you'd need to contact them. Your purchase will show up as DWS-LEAHRAE in your PayPal account or on your credit card statement.
(2)Q: Do you accept PayPal echecks, personal checks or money orders?
A: I'm sorry, but I no longer accept PayPal echecks due to abuse. I also do not accept checks or money orders because my site is a download site only so all purchases need to be paid for right away.
(3)Q: Can you place my items on a CD and mail it to me?
A: I'm sorry, my website is a download only site. I don't create or ship CD's.
(4)Q: What can I do with your clip art?
(5)Q: I placed an order and now how do I access my purchases?
A: Normally you will be automatically directed to your downloads. But if you aren't, all you need to do is log into your account. Click on "Log In" (found on the top left hand side of my website, then click "My Account". From there you will click on "View" to view your orders. From there you will see your "Download" buttons. Click each one and save the files to your computer.
(6)Q: I can't seem to download the zip files, can you help me?
A: Make sure when you click the download button, you are choosing "save as" and NOT "open". You will need to browse your computer to place the zip file in whatever folder you wish. After it's downloaded, you will need to "right" click on the zip file and choose "extract all" or whatever process you usually use for your operating system. If you are unsure, do a Google search for info. This will place the contents of the zip file in a folder so you can open the individual files.
you experience problems with the download, try another browser.
Sometimes IE acts finicky so you might want to try Firefox and you may
want to restart your pc before trying again.
Note: If you get a "file is corrupted" error or if the file is empty, this means the file didn't fully download. Delete the zip file from your computer and login and download it again as downloads can time out or not fully download for various reasons. If you have a download accelerator or are using a firewall, temporarily disable them until you've gotten your files.
(7)Q: I've downloaded the files and now I can't find them on my computer. Can you help me?
A: I have no idea where you saved these files as each computer is set up different and you create your own folders to organize your system. What I suggest is to create a folder named Digi Web Studio before you download your purchases. That way once you save them to your computer, you'll be able to easily find your zip files.
(8)Q: I've downloaded the files but I can't open the graphics or access the files.
A: You need to extract the contents from the zip file before you can work with the files. Think of the zip file as a suitcase, and you need to unpack the graphics. Simply RIGHT click on the zip file and choose "extract all" and then follow the prompts. This will place the graphics inside a folder on your computer so you can open them in your graphics program.
(9)Q: My computer crashed or I ran out of tries so can you please reset my downloads?
A: Make sure you back up your purchases to a CD/DVD (make 2 copies just to be safe) - not an external hard drive or flashdrive (as those will also crash or become corrupted). I will reset your orders less than 1 year old ONLY, and there is no guarantee the files will be there because all discontinued products are deleted from my server so you won't be able to redownload those. I also recommend and currently use Carbonite as this service is affordable and will back up your computer automatically so you never have to worry about losing anything.
(10)Q: My password doesn't work or I can't log into my account, can you help me?
A: All you need to do is go to the Log In page and right under the box that requests your username and password, you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password". Click on that and enter the email address for your account and a new password will be emailed to you. Make sure you COPY AND PASTE the password into the box when you try it, rather than typing it out to make sure you have it correct.
(11)Q: My PNG files are not transparent, what can I do?
A: You need to make sure you are using a graphics program that will view the transparency of a PNG file. Some programs I suggest are: Paint Shop Pro (version 8 and above), Photoshop and Photoshop Elements, but there are many more out there to choose from!
(12)Q: What's the difference between Exclusive and Non-Exclusive Clip Art?
A: Since I'm a reseller for a few artists and I used to run my own reseller program, it's possible that other reseller sites will carry some of the same collections that I do. These are the Non-Exclusive (NE) sets. The Exclusive (Excl.) sets on the other hand will ONLY be found right here at Digi Web Studio.
(13)Q: Can you recommend a good mailing list / newsletter provider?
A: Yes, I use YMLP. They offer a free version as well as paid versions with reporting features, depending on how many subscribers you have. I use the Pro version so I can view reports and track the stats of who opens or clicks on my newsletters. You can click on the banner below for more information.
